Privacy notice
This notice explains how A&B Decorators uses the details you give us when you ask for a quote through this website, by WhatsApp, by email or by phone.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: usually your name, the service you need, a description of the job, the property address and postcode, your phone number, your email address (optional) and the best time to contact you.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry: to contact you, arrange a visit if needed and give you a quote. We do not use them for marketing and we do not sell or share them with anyone else.
How your enquiry reaches us
The quote assistant and quote form on this website do not store your details on our website. Your answers are kept temporarily in your own browser (session storage) until you close the tab, and are only sent to us when you choose to send them via WhatsApp or your email app. Those messages are then handled by WhatsApp or your email provider under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to deal with it and any work that follows.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details you have sent us. Just contact us using the details below.
